18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All characters, faces, bodies, and scenarios shown on Vanilla Doll are produced by generative AI models (SDXL + PuLID for still images, Wan 2.2 image-to-video for short clips). No live actors, models, or photographs of real persons are used at any stage of content production.

Each character is a fictional persona constructed from a hand-curated prompt set. The persona's name, biography, profile, and visual identity are entirely original works of synthetic media.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75 require record-keeping for visual depictions of "actual sexually explicit conduct" by "actual" persons. Synthetic visual content that does not depict any actual person engaged in any actual conduct is outside the scope of these provisions.

Vanilla Doll's content depicts only fictional AI personas. The platform produces, distributes, and stores no records of any identifiable real human performer. Because there is no "performer" within the meaning of the statute, no Section 2257 records are required or maintained.

All AI-generated characters depicted on Vanilla Doll are designed, prompted, and verified to portray adults aged 18 years or older. Content depicting minors, or characters that could reasonably be interpreted as resembling minors, is prohibited at the prompt level and removed on detection.

We do not allow user-uploaded media, free-form character prompts, or any user-driven content generation. Every visible character is admin-curated and approved before publication.
